I purchased, over the internet, a high value pre-owned Porsche from a non-Porsche franchise dealer. The seller did not disclose to me prior body shop repair to the front of my car. With Peter's guidance I reached a fair and amicable settlement with the dealer that reflected the diminished value of my vehicle due to the prior damage. Peter knows automobile dealer fraud and consumer protection laws. His advice helped me reach a fast and fair settlement while avoiding a lengthy, expensive and stressful litigation process.

I bought a vehicle 1,000 miles from my home relying on the car dealer's assurances that it was like new. When the vehicle arrived at my home, I immediately noticed several serious flaws. I called the dealer and they were unwilling to accept the vehicle back under any circumstance. After trying for weeks to get an attorney to represent me I was losing hope that the situation would get resolved. After some more searching online, I came across Peter Lubin's firm and spoke to his assistant about my situation. Peter personally returned my call the same day and agreed to take my case. He referred me to an auto expert who examined the vehicle and found significant frame damage and previous substandard repairs. Peter also tried to get the dealer to unwind the transaction before filing the lawsuit, but they still were unwilling. After the suit was filed, he knew what documents to request from the dealer and who to subpoena to get the evidence needed to prove that the dealer knew the car had been seriously damaged and that they concealed this information from me. The dealer offered a settlement that would have left me out of pocket several thousand dollars. On Peter's suggestion we rejected the offer and a few weeks later, the dealer settled for the full amount. Peter is an excellent consumer fraud attorney and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone else that finds themselves in a similar situation

In January of this year, a nuisance lawsuit filed by pro se plaintiffs landed on my door. I was stunned and distraught. I cannot give details, but their claims against me were outrageous. Never having the need to consult a law firm before to defend ourselves in a small business/family dispute it was VERY overwhelming. Not knowing where to go or who to call, we took the advice of our daughter who did the internet research (Because that's what young adults do these days) I was hesitant but I knew I need to call to face this issue as it was not going to go away by itself. I had called and left a brief explanation of my situation with a woman who answered the phone and within an hour Mr. Lubin had returned my call.
